Custom orders are final and not returnable.

For non-custom orders, please contact orders@hometownfashiontx.com within 10 days of receiving your items to request a refund. Items must be mailed back and received within 30 days.

Processing & Shipping

  • Custom orders take 10-15 business days (may vary depending on order size)

  • Shipping is a flat $15 for orders up to $100, $30 for orders up to $200 and $45 for orders up to $300.

  • We are closed on Sundays and start processing orders Monday morning in the order they are received.

  • We ship to the continental 48 States. Special shipping rates for orders to Hawaii and Alaska.

** Please note we do not offer international shipping.

** Hometown Fashion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the FedEx. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.
